Turning big ideas into real products💡

I’m Nathan, a design leader based in Sydney with 15 years in retail, e-commerce and strategic design. I’ve worked with Coles, Westfield, TAB, Event Cinemas, Telstra, Optus and more to turn complex problems into simple products people love to use.

My focus is on partnership. I work alongside teams and stakeholders to understand challenges, balance business and customer needs, and bring ideas to life. Design isn’t just about craft (though I do love it), it’s about solving the right problems in a way.

I’ve led teams across Product Design, Content Design and Research, helping them deliver work that drives results and solves customer problems. I’m at my best when the problems are messy and the path forward isn’t clear, working with others to make sense of it, providing clarity so that teams can create something real.

Outside of work, I’m a surfer, gamer, dog dad to Bindi, and always up for a good gin or a frothy beer.
