Hey there, I’m Nathan. 👋

Design Leader and Product Designer based in Sydney (living on Dharawal Country).

I’m all about building bridges and bringing big ideas to life, solving business and customer needs alike through the craft of design. With over 12 years in retail, I’m a seasoned, end-to-end Product Design Leader with a passion for UX, UI, Visual Design, Interaction Design, and Communication.

I’ve had the privilege of leading large multidisciplinary teams across Content Design, Product Design, and Design Research. Together, we’ve driven transformational projects for some of Australia’s biggest brands, including Coles, Westfield, TAB, Budget, Optus, Telstra, Penrith City Council, and Event Cinemas. I thrive on teamwork, tackling tough tasks, and turning talk into tangible outcomes.

Outside of work, I’m a surf-loving, software-shipping “dog dad” to Bindi the Jackapoo, a gamer with a gusto for gin (or a frothy beer!). Energised by empowering others, I bring a bit of fun and fresh perspective to the teams I lead and support.
